Dipak Joshi is a dynamic business leader with 15+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Channel Management across the fintech, finance, logistics, and travel sectors. As CEO, he drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and digital inclusion initiatives across diverse markets.

He has successfully led large-scale operations across multiple states, building a strong distribution network of 1,700+ distributors and 14,000+ active retailers. Dipak has played a key role in scaling AEPS business and spearheading impactful government initiatives like “Gram Haat,” onboarding over 17,000 Gram Panchayats.

With a sharp focus on execution, innovation, and stakeholder value, he continues to lead the organization towards sustainable growth and deeper market penetration.

Sanket Desai

Advisory Board

Mr. Sanket Jasmin Desai is a visionary leader and innovator with deep expertise in rural market development, digital infrastructure, and inclusive business models. With over a decade of extensive on-ground experience, he has travelled across 16,000+ Tier II and Tier III towns and villages in India, gaining invaluable insights into the challenges and opportunities within underserved markets.

As the driving force behind the conceptualization of Gram-Haat®, Mr. Desai identified the critical gap between rural demand and access to quality products and services from urban brands. His vision led to the creation of a scalable, two-sided value-driven platform that bridges this divide through innovative Company Operated Franchise Outlet (CoFO) models.

Under his leadership, the initiative gained national and international recognition, including being ranked among the Top 20 Start-ups by CIIE and IIM Ahmedabad under The Power of Ideas. He was also selected for a prestigious fellowship by the Royal Academy of Engineering, London, acknowledging the impact and scalability of his work.

Mr. Desai has played a key role in forging strategic partnerships, including a landmark MoU with the Government of Gujarat during the Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2017 to enable B2B, B2C, and G2C services across 14,000 Gram Panchayats, covering a vast majority of the state’s pin codes.

His domain expertise spans key financial and digital services including Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS), Micro ATM (MATM), travel services (IRCTC and airline ticketing), Cash Management Services (CMS), insurance, and Customer Service Points (CSP).
